RISE + LIFT: CREATING & GROWING YOUR SMALL BUSINESS DREAMS
TIME & LOCATION
ABOUT THE EVENT
Limited to just eight students, this three week, interactive course takes place in the gorgeously renovated private dining room at Kimbuck's Cousine in Emmetsburg, Iowa. RISE + LIFT combines two sets of curriculum in one incredible space to encourage personal and professional growth for women at all stages of entrepreneurship. RISE was created especially for those of you who dream of owning your own business but don't know where to start. LIFT was created especially for those of you who are already in business and want to grow to the next level.
It relies heavily on peer learning and building a network that will both challenge and support you along the way. With the highest regard for trust and confidentiality, together we'll take inventory of our current circumstances, rewrite the inner dialogue that holds us back and put together a simple yet powerful plan for action.
In between sessions, we'll connect via a private Facebook group to pose questions, share experiences, and provide support.
Session One, February 12th: Inventory
RISE: What is your dream? Where are you, where do you want to be and what support and resources do you need to get there?
LIFT: Where are you in your business right now? Where would you like to be? We'll brainstorm opportunities for growth, networking, new markets, products or services to add value to your business.
Session Two, February 19th: Mindset
We all have our own inner stories that prevent us from really going for our dreams. What are they and how can we rewrite them to truly live the life we desire?
Session Three, February 26th : The Plan
You will leave session three with action steps and a timeline. More importantly, you'll leave session three with a tribe of women ready to hold you accountable to those steps and cheer you on along the way.
